How a first visit works

New guests get a 15-minute consultation before any service starts. We look at your hair in natural light, talk through what has and has not worked, and set a realistic plan for the time booked.

  1. Consultation. We review photos you bring, check condition, and confirm the price for the day.
  2. Service. One stylist stays with you start to finish, no hand-offs at the sink.
  3. Formula logged. Your color mix, placement, and timing go on file so the next visit matches.
  4. Aftercare card. You leave with a written routine and the products used, no pressure to buy.
